No. Practice is adapted to your starting point through prompts, examples and reformulations.
Must I attend every evening?
No. Join your group on the evenings when you are available during your active membership.
Are women’s and men’s groups separate?
Yes. Each published Correspondance clearly states its audience and schedule.
What does my monthly payment cover?
It covers access to the selected recurring group during the stated paid period. It does not unlock every MyC offer.
